Job duties include:

-Planning and leading age-appropriate activities and lessons

-Creating a daily routine that supports learning, play, and rest

-Encouraging social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

-Observing children and adjusting activities to meet individual needs

-Assisting with the supervision of children during play, meals, rest time, and activities
